UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PENILAIAN AUTENTIK PADA MTs PENDAMPINGAN IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 SEMESTER 1 TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016 MELALUI SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION DI KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to upgrading of the ability for the teachers of MTs that in mentoring in 2013 curriculum in authentic scoring assessment and that included the attitude competence, knowledge competence, and skill competence through small group discussion metode in Purworejo regency. The small group discussion metode that applied with consederation that the teachers was profesional that they have good maturity in think, act creative, innovation so they can solve the problem with easy the application in this metode have a rule that every mentoring MTs that was MTs N Purworejo, MTs N Bener, MTs N Loano have to make a group discusion to looking for the solving of the problem that they had, Through the small group discussion teacher have already get upgrading in their ability in amount of 13,98 % in the authentic assessment in MTs taht in mentoring of 2013 curicullum in Purworejo regency in the first semester of 2015/2016 school years.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru MTs pendampingan implementasi kurikumum 2013 dalam melaksanakan penilaian autentik yang meliputi penilaian kompetensi sikap, kompetensi pengetahuan dan kompetensi keterampilan melalui metode small group discussion di Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode small group discussion diterapkan dengan pertimbangan guru adalah pendidik profesional manusia dewasa yang telah memiliki kematangan dalam berfikir, bertindak, berkreasi maupun berinovasi sehingga mempermudah dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan yang terjadi. Penerapan metode ini dengan seting;  di setiap MTs pendampingan implementasi kurikulum 2013 Kabupaten Purworejo yaitu MTs Negeri Purworejo, MTs Negeri Bener dan MTs Negeri Loano dibentuk kelompok diskusi untuk mencari pemecahan dan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi.  Melalui Small Group Discussion Guru mengalami peningkatan kemampuan sebesar 13,98% dalam melaksanakan Penilaian Autentik pada MTs Pendampingan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Purworejo Semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.
